Check out those big blue eyes. Not likely to stay blue for too long though.
Love to all!

Happy Easter!
Carter is almost one month old and Emme has been a wonderful sister. Carter has been adjusting to life at home at the same time that Mom and Papa are adjusting to the new sleeping hours. He has been eating very well, but has some problems with gas that has been making sleep a little more difficult.
He went on his first Easter egg hunt with Emme, but seemed more interested in relaxing in the beautiful weather we've been having. So Emme was a very good sister and shared some of her eggs with him. Emme has turned into a very skilled Easter egg hunter this year. She's had plenty of practice, going to two different egg hunts, one at the local Rod & Gun club and one more at Auntie Jeanette's.
Here are a bunch of pictures that we've taken over the past few weeks. Blog entries are certainly not as easy as they used to be , but we wouldn' t change a thing!
Carter is here! He arrived yesterday at 3:45 in the afternoon. He is 8lbs 7oz and is 21" long. Nikki did a great job and is doing wonderfully. Carter is a big eater and has taken to nursing like a champ. He has dark hair just like his sister and looks a lot like Emerson when she was born.
They will be home tomorrow afternoon.
Here are some pictures of our wonderful baby boy!
So much has changed since our last posting. Luke is now over 25lbs and is crawling fast and standing up. He has 6 front teeth and likes to say his first words " HI and POP ". He is so much fun laughing and playing. Luke had his first christmas in Ohio where he got to meet his aunt and uncle along with his three cousins. He also received his first hair cut this month. Here are a few pictures
