Smiles Aplenty!

Wow!  It's been a busy few weeks.  Caleb had his First Communion/Confirmation; Luke had his first birthday; Emme had her first solo sleepover at Memere's; and Carter is giving us his first smiles!  Carter is growing like a weed and last tipped the scales at 10lbs 6oz.  It appears the light is at the end of the tunnel as Carter is giving us some extended nights now and again.  We're hoping for the trend to continue.

Here are a bunch of pictures from the past three weeks to just show you what's been happening.

Emme on the big kid slide at the local park.  She absolutely loves them now.

A continuation of Easter Celebration at Caleb's 1st Communion part.  Confetti eggs!  Talk about the hit of the month!

"Somehow, I know this will hurt"   But that never stops her :)

Partners in crime.  Bonnie and Clyde??

Inspection of the garage.  Emme, Isaac, and Conner at Luke's birthday party.

The birthday boy!

Luke motoring around with his new choo choo!

Check out those big blue eyes.  Not likely to stay blue for too long though.

Emme's discovery of funny faces.   This kept her going for at least an hour.  Mama had a hard time keeping a straight face while telling her to stop so she would eat her dinner.

Check out that smirk!  Such a cutie.

More smiles.

My favorite, keep it going!

Love to all!

Carter & Emme Growing Up!

Happy Easter!

Carter is almost one month old and Emme has been a wonderful sister.   Carter has been adjusting to life at home at the same time that Mom and Papa are adjusting to the new sleeping hours.  He has been eating very well, but has some problems with gas that has been making sleep a little more difficult.

He went on his first Easter egg hunt with Emme, but seemed more interested in relaxing in the beautiful weather we've been having.  So Emme was a very good sister and shared some of her eggs with him.  Emme has turned into a very skilled Easter egg hunter this year.  She's had plenty of practice, going to two different egg hunts, one at the local Rod & Gun club and one more at Auntie Jeanette's.

Here are a bunch of pictures that we've taken over the past few weeks.  Blog entries are certainly not as easy as they used to be , but we wouldn' t change a thing!

Emme and Luke playing during his visit to our house.  He's sooo Big!

Uncle Brian holding Carter.

Cousin Caleb enjoying his visit with Carter

Memere gets her chance to hold Carter as well

Cousin Isaac playing dressup with some of Emme's accessories.

Emme showing her new fish tank to Cousin Caleb.

Caleb holding Luke.  He's just HUGE!.

Memere's just in heaven.

Emme wanted to get in on the feeding as well.  Isaac was happy to be the subject.

Mom with both of her bundles of joy.

I remember when Emme looked this tiny in her car seat.

Such a little Sweetie!

Emme getting in on the St. Patty's day fun!

Papa and the gang.

These snuggles go away so quickly, you've got to take advantage of them while you can.

Emme looks like quite the lady!

Gigi and Grampy with the two little ones.  I don't know how we would manage without them!

Emme's favorite new job;  Holding baby Carter whenever she can!

All packed up and ready to go to Caleb's Birthday!

This is just amusing :)

Emme made out very well at the Easter egg hunt.

My favorite picture of the two of them together!

A wonderful day for an egg hunt.

Just a perfect picture over at Auntie Jeanette's

Look what I found!

Emme was so good to share her eggs with Carter.

Emme has turned into the little mommy, feeding her baby, burping it, and taking care of it when it cries.

Meet Carter James Boissonneault!

Carter is here!  He arrived yesterday at 3:45 in the afternoon.   He is 8lbs 7oz and is 21" long.  Nikki did a great job and is doing wonderfully.  Carter is a big eater and has taken to nursing like a champ.  He has dark hair just like his sister and looks a lot like Emerson when she was born.

They will be home tomorrow afternoon.

Here are some pictures of our wonderful baby boy!

So much has changed since our last posting. Luke is now over 25lbs and is crawling fast and standing up. He has 6 front teeth and likes to say his first words " HI and POP ". He is so much fun laughing and playing. Luke had his first christmas in Ohio where he got to meet his aunt and uncle along with his three cousins. He also received his first hair cut this month. Here are a few pictures

My first hair cut

I went to Ohio for my first christmas and got to see my Uncle Flint and Aunt Beth and Carrie, Taylor and Megan.

It snowed in Ohio and I went out sleding

Merry Christmas!!

We hope everyone had a Wondeful Christmas.  I know we did!  Emerson was so excited to see what Santa left her, and we enjoyed every minute of it.  This was Emerson's first year of understanding about Santa and Presents.

Emme in her Christmas dress on Christmas Eve before going to the Laucis party.

Emme's first "Bike".  It was the first thing that she saw when she came into the living room.

Her favorite toy from Santa was her Bouncy Castle!  This thing is going to be hours of fun!

After about five minutes:  I think she'd stick to the ceiling if you put her up there :)

But the best toy of the day was from Gigi and Grampy.  I'm sure we'll be chasing her all over the yard until she learns how to steer!

A nice family picture on Christmas Eve.

Uncle Mike is back from San Diego.  Emerson has been having lots of fun with him.
